On the "Funds List," click the button to add "PCHPA General Fund" to your cart. Below, under "My Gift Cart," enter the amount you wish to donate and click "Proceed to Checkout."

Enter preferred contact information. If donating on behalf of an institution, please use the "First Name" and "Last Name" fields to supply the organization's name and any additional contact information. Click "Proceed to Payment."

Enter billing information. Click "Submit."
Within several business days you will receive a formal tax receipt for your gift from MSU. Please save this receipt for your records. Upon processing, you will also receive acknowledgement of your donation from the Partnership.
